My Findings

     After going vegetarian for 21 days, I found many positive impacts in my everyday life. For instance, not eating meat for twenty one days caused me to lose some weight. At the end of the challenge, I lost nearly 4 pounds which is 3.5% of my total weight. In addition, going vegetarian caused my energy to grow drastically! My energy levels increased by 63% from the start of this challenge. Finally, by not eating any meat consistently for twenty one days, my skin improved by nearly 20%. I defined improving by the clearness and softness of my skin. After discovering these results, I decided to continue to this challenge because of all the beneficial changes.
