After analyzing these three sources, I was able to take away that meat has many negative affects. More specifically, I learned that if you go vegetarian, your mood could improve due to an lack of arachidonic acid. In addition, if one was to stick to a plant based diet and cut out meat from their diet, they would loose an large amount of weight. The final thing I was able to take away from these articles was that your skin will look better when going on a vegetarian diet. This is because you tend to eat more fruits and vegetables when going vegetarian which are known to combat free radicals that cause skin blemishes.
